About Global Horizon School

Internationally Accredited.
Globally Minded.

Founded to solve a real problem faced by thousands of diaspora families.

The need for a high-quality, portable British education that moves with them — wherever life takes them next. Global Horizon School is that school.

Our Story

Built for Families Who Move. Designed for Children Who Deserve the Best.

Global Horizon School was founded for internationally mobile families — in the UK, UAE, USA, Canada, or Singapore — who deserve a consistent, internationally recognised education that doesn't restart every relocation. We deliver the Pearson Edexcel curriculum through live online classes, small classes capped at 15 students, and a quality framework aligned to five international standards. From Year 1 through to university entry, GHS is a school that belongs to the child — not a postcode

Wherever You Go, GHS Goes With You

Families move — for work, for opportunity, for life. When they do, a child's education often has to start over. We built a school where it doesn't have to. The same curriculum, teachers, and community travel with the family.

Our Mission

To Deliver a World-Class Education, Without Borders

To deliver an internationally recognised, affordable, and culturally connected British education to every child — regardless of where in the world their family calls home — without ever compromising on quality, safeguarding, or whole-child development.

Portability

Your child's education should travel with them, not restart every time your family moves to a new city or country.

Rigour

Pearson Edexcel standards. Singapore Mathematics. ISO quality assurance. No shortcuts, no compromise.

Community

Classes capped at a maximum of 15 students mean real relationships — between students, teachers, and families — that last beyond a single school year.

Whole Child

Academic excellence alongside daily physical activity, arts, and a weekly language elective in Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Malay, French, or Mandarin.

Safety

Child safeguarding is non-negotiable. Every staff member is cleared, certified, and trained before teaching a single class.

Affordability

World-class education should not cost $2,000 a month. We built a school that proves it does not have to.

Academics are only one part of what makes a school feel like a school

Our Quality Commitment

5 Frameworks. One Standard.

GHS is aligned to five internationally recognised frameworks across every dimension of school quality — from curriculum and digital learning to child protection and AI ethics. Not box-ticking. These frameworks actively shape how we teach, protect, and improve.

Pearson Edexcel
Curriculum & Assessment

Every lesson, assessment, and scheme of work is built on the Pearson Edexcel framework — used in top schools across 140 countries and accepted by universities worldwide.

ISO 21001
Academic Quality

Our school management system follows ISO 21001:2018 — the international standard designed for educational organisations, covering leadership, planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.

ISTE Standards
Digital Learning

GHS applies ISTE Standards for Students and Educators to build genuine technology fluency, critical thinking, and responsible digital citizenship — not just screen time.

UNICEF / CIS
Child Protection

Our safeguarding policy is aligned to UNICEF Child Rights principles and the CIS child protection framework. All staff are cleared, trained, and subject to an active incident register from Day 1.

UNESCO AI Framework
AI in Education

Where AI tools support teaching or administration, GHS follows UNESCO's Recommendation on the Ethics of AI — ensuring transparency, human oversight, and age-appropriate use at all times.
